We gathered in Dallas for another heartwarming encounter. These pictures were taken by John Reid. One face appears unduly often -- just charge it to photographer's bias.
Jane Reid and Sand-i Behrens display the neat shirts Marge Gallece
made. Was all that wine just for them?
Esther "uukitty" McKenna and Jane. Yes, Esther really
did look like that -- much of the time, anyway. Isn't she cute?
What's-er-name, Janet Bailey and Art Craig at dinner.
Sand-i and Judy Nielsen, back with us after a rough time shortly
before the meeting.
That woman again, with Reinette Popplestone.
Reinette chats with Sandi Ray
A fuzzy shot of Hazelanne Lewis (I think), Virignia and Art Craig,
Lloyd Multhauf, and Musa Mayer, unfortunately from the back.
A folk singer/social satirist entertained us Friday night, and
she was great. Lu Mitchell shocked us when she told us she is
78. (Going on 19, I suspect!)
Laura Earp and Reinette in foreground, the Craigs in background.
Toya the Nuke Nut Powell kept us in stitches. She's the woman
for whom ROFPMP was developed. She also kept us amazed at the
breath and depth of her technical knowledge, as well as her compassionate
attitude toward patients. Her Barbie display to explain BC treatment
was originally developed for a community with a high percentage
of patients who were unable to read, she told us.
