Oregon Diner, Philadelphia, February 26, 1999

Some of us met at a large South Philly diner last Friday, to meet Karen Gray -- a great reason for a party, but any excuse is a good one for this group to get together. Karen was up from Washington for a conference, and she got a taste of the Philly experience, even though nobody ordered cheesesteak. How did that happen?

Lucy drove over from Somers Point, N.J., to meet the midAtlantic group for the first time. It was also John Reid's first visit with the group ( he said he enjoyed it).
